With crystal glass roof top unveiling the magic of the sun , together with the modern spacious mall of ivory whiten marble floor that IFC , (International Finance Centre) located at the Central heart, connecting the Hong Kong Airport Station and Central MTR Station, is known as the silver landmark with wisdom , beauty and passionate .
That , IFC, the silver complex with full content from business office to entertainment aspect.
For the IFC concept unlike regular malls content with the Hong Kong antique hallmark for traditional delights eg : egg tarts or Yum Cha , alternatively , at IFC , it adopts a new wave of dynamic lifestyle , especially on food culture.
While in among of the food outlets , I mostly like to visit some of the stores as below~

The greatly heard of Milano Sandwiches /Panini experts from 1979 , the Panino Giusto Hong Kong branch situated on the 3/F , sharing with the best part of beauty sunset viewing through the cafe bar glass windows.
Whereas the bar restaurant owns an open-air front kitchen with display window for the marinated ham leg products , for selling and show up their products with hygienic and best quality standard.
Basically , The Panino Giusto food and drinks charge reasonable as in IFC there . Like for their well-known , single serve of the whole panini around from HKD78 , but with generously content and rich flavor~ particularly for the Pama Ham dishes ~ Very best in the town.
I tried the Tartufo panini ~ juicy Pama ham with great balance of veg and cheese, while the Salmonone panini ~ great portion of honey smoked salmon slices with lemony flavor ;a good company with beer or soft drinks . Also , it even offers with Vegetarian too.
Check out one of this unbeatable tasty Panini , you may feel the great passion of Panino Giusto.
2) The Open Kitchen by Simply Life

The Open Kitchen at the 1/F , a cafe bar divided by cafe corner and bar section, offering a variety of bakery and steaks items.
Many a time, my best habits have a table at the lovely coffee corner there after movie with my friends. a long cushion bench with stylish coffee table .
Bakery items around HKD36 to HKD40 with self -service at the cafe section , while table services at the bar section there around from HKD 160 of main course.
However, my favourite bakery items would be the spinach turkey Frocassia , big portion of crunchy bread topped of freshly sweet spinach and savory turkey chunks; or the mushroom assort Frocassia~ smoothy buttery mushrooms top of garlic crunchy bread ~~ Yummy!!
The Open Kitchen offers the alternative entertainment ~ a live band ~ for all guests there , specially if you have a dinning table at the bar section , defiantly , it gives you a wonderful times .
Overall , I am much appreciate with the comfort air there , it is my great prize to balance my daily rhythm with life and grace.
